Ball or Sword
We worked with the incredible folks @mostracoffee to choose a coffee for this stout. We landed on one unique to Mostra, Sitio Belis, that has a creamy, smooth body and notes of milk chocolate, honeysuckle, cinnamon and Meyer lemon. Complex and powerful enough to play nicely with the macaroon cut coconut we use, also from the Philippines. We’ve been excited to finally plan a new stout with our long time friends at J. Wakefield along with the Mostra crew. Cheers!
