INTO THE NY NIGHT (FOUDRE AND BOURBON BARREL AGED W/ ALMONDS, CINNAMON, VANILLA)

This collaboration, brewed with Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. over a year and a half ago was conditioned in foudre for 6 months before being transferred to Willett bourbon barrels for 12 months. This version is jammed with Marcona Almonds, Saigon Cinnamon, and Tahitian Vanilla. Think cinnamon vanilla ice cream with almond topping, impersonating a stout.
