Past and Present: Robust London Porter
Part of our series celebrating OG styles we don’t often brew and ingredients we don’t use. In this case, a robust London-style Porter brewed with floor malted malts from UK’s oldest malting company, Warminster. We used floor malted Maris Otter, Brown Malt and 2 types of crystal malts from Warminster. We topped this off by hopping it with classic East Kent Golding hops from the UK and using a traditional British yeast strain.
