We wanted to take the opportunity to re-imagine our all Galaxy IPAs now that we have a fresh start in Rochester. This all Galaxy beer takes what we’ve learned from making Space Dream (minus the lactose) and gives it an even more pared down malt base with some different hopping techniques. Brewed in Rochester.
