Field Studies is a mixed culture table beer that uses foraged ingredients to showcase the beauty and delicacy of all things naturally occurring in our region. Each blend uses different flora from the surrounding area.
Anomalous is mixed culture Brett Pale Ale aged in oak barrels. It is a blend of old and young. Each blend features a new hop varietal to showcase our lot selection in a new light.
Temporal is a fruit-forward mixed culture ale that is highly dependent on seasonality and locality. We use locally grown fruit, predominantly native to the region, and utilize the fruits at their peak freshness, straight from local farms, in their whole form.
Vast Air is spontaneously fermented using native yeast captured in our coolship. Each blend showcases the best barrels from our fall, winter and early spring seasons of spontaneous brewing, aged anywhere from 1-3 years.
These wine-inspired mixed culture ales take inspiration from the surrounding area, utilizing wine grapes in some form or another. We partner with a few wineries in the area to make use of what they might otherwise have discarded in these beers.
