It's cider weather! So we wanted to make something sweet and comforting for those cold days ahead. Big Melon & pear on the nose with some milder citrus notes. The flavor reminds us of applesauce with a bright acidity that gives way to a finish like your favorite orange & green breakfast cereal.

Our friends at Roy Farms let us test drive their Adeena and after smelling it we couldn't help but think this would be amazing in an Italian-style Pilsner. Light in body and crispy as can be to let the Adeena shine in all its spicy, lemony and herbal glory.

We made this Helles-Style Bock to be a celebration of all things Spalt. With Spalt and Spalt Select late additions, you get all the spicy noble notes these hops have to offer.

Our West Coast IPA is brewed with a balanced bitterness and a blend of some of our favorite IPA hops. Brewed with 100% malted barley and hopped with Simcoe, Chinook, Nelson Sauvin and Columbus Cryo. Candied pineapple, mild pine and citrus, fruity white wine and a touch of dankness.

This small Snowbirds variant release is from 19 year bourbon barrels aged for 2 years. We then conditioned it on vanilla from East Timor that has a unique beautiful and subtle fruity vanilla character.

A new variant entry in the Snowbirds series. This Imperial Stout is double barrel aged, 10 months in Bourbon barrels then transferred to Rye whiskey barrels for an additional 14 months. We then took this double barrel magic and conditioned it on wild Thai bananas, toasted walnuts, vanilla and cinnamon to give it a distinct banana nut muffin character.

We have answers

We are working on building out a full kitchen! For now, we have some light snacks and you are very welcome to bring outside food in with you.

We offer seating on a first come, first served basis. If you’d like to make an event booking to secure a dedicated space for a group, please click here for more information.

Kids are welcome as long as they’re well behaved and closely supervised. We are a functioning brewery so it is important for your children’s safety that you keep them close at all times!

Dogs are welcome outdoors only as long as they’re leashed, well behaved, and like to get pets from our staff 🙂

There is a lot immediately behind the brewery. This is a shared lot and parking is first come, first served

Most of our merchandise can be purchased through the online store, but we always make sure to have a selection of merch available in our taprooms as well.
