Notes of lychee, lemon, lime, vanilla, and subtle notes of the classic spice and banana associated with Germans style wheat beers.

This mixed culture table beer was brewed using water infused with a large quantity of locally harvested staghorn sumac, as well as NY state pilsner and wheat malt. It was fermented in french oak with our Bloomfield house culture, before being further conditioned on more freshly picked sumac cones. This offering is light and delicate with bright acidity and presents subtle lemon and citrus aromatics.
